Title: Dilled Potatoes and Fish Fillets

Yield: 4 Servings

1lbPotatoes, scrubbed & thinly sliced (peeled if desired)
1lbWhite fish fillets, 1/2" thick
  Dill Weed
  Salt & Lemon Pepper to taste
  Basil
2 Tomatoes, fresh & chopped
1tbLemon juice

Arrange potatoes in single layer in a casserole dish. Place fish fillets on top of potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes and fish with the dill, salt, lemon pepper and basil. Pour lemon juice over ingredients. Bake covered for 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees until fish flakes and potatoes are done. Serves 4.
